Mattia Cavanna

Mattia Cavanna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Leonardo since September 2022, Cavanna previously held multiple influential roles at Leonardo DRS from February 2017 to August 2022, including Vice President of Business Operations and Technology Collaboration and Vice President of Joint Programs Development. Prior to this, Cavanna contributed to Finmeccanica as VP of New Initiatives and SVP of International Programs, Energy & Logistics from March 2005 to June 2014, and held a managerial position at Accenture from January 1998 to February 2005. Early career experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at HR Wallingford. Mattia Cavanna holds an engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and completed a Financial Seminar for Senior Managers at London Business School.
