Rachael Skuse

Rachael Skuse is an experienced pension professional currently serving as the Head of UK Pensions at Leonardo since January 2007, overseeing three trust-based pension arrangements with approximately £2 billion in assets under management. Prior to this role, Rachael held positions as Pensions Manager and Pensions Manager DC & Pensions Adviser at Leonardo, where Rachael established a new defined contribution scheme. Rachael's earlier experience includes working as a Pensions Adviser and Solicitor at Burges Salmon LLP from 2002 to 2007, providing legal advice and trustee training in the pensions sector. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Exeter and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the West of England.
