Tom McGugan

Tom McGugan is an IT Business Application Functional Analyst at Leonardo since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom served as Helpdesk Manager at IRIS Software Group from March 2017 to July 2025. Tom's career also includes experience as a Migration Consultant at Hosted Accountants Ltd, where responsibilities involved migrating existing IT systems to cloud-based solutions, and as an IT Support Technician at both Milsted Langdon LLP and Taunton Deane Borough Council & West Somerset Council, focusing on internal IT infrastructure support. Tom is currently pursuing a Level 5 qualification in Operations or Departmental Management from IfATE, having previously obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Information Technology from Richard Huish College and a National Diploma in Information Systems from Somerset College.
