Grzegorz Smolka

Grzegorz Smolka is an experienced professional in production and efficiency management, currently serving as Director of Production and Efficiency Management for the Automotive Cable Solutions Division at LEONI since October 2015. With global responsibilities encompassing continuous improvement, standardized KPIs, and MES implementation, Grzegorz has contributed to hands-on support in production plants. Prior to this role, Grzegorz held positions at Siemens, including Lean@STEAM Program Manager and Six Sigma and Lean Program Manager, focusing on continuous improvement across multiple locations worldwide. Grzegorz began a career in quality management as a Six Sigma Black Belt at TurboCare Poland S.A. and holds an Engineer's degree in Mathematics from The Silesian University of Technology.
