Louise Tarling

Louise Tarling is an experienced engineer with a career spanning over two decades, primarily with LEONI since October 2002. In this role, Louise has undertaken various positions, including Product Development Engineer, CAE Engineer & Components Team Leader, Drawing Office Team Leader, and EDS Engineer, focusing on special cables and the assessment of production requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Component Engineer, where selection and specification of components for automotive electrical applications were key responsibilities, along with the creation of a 2D library tool. Prior to LEONI, Louise worked at Michelin from September 1998 to October 2002 as an Engineering Apprentice, gaining a multiskilled engineering background with an electrical bias. Louise completed education at Clayton High School from 1991 to 1996.
