Milan Syka

Milan Syka serves as the Head of SSH Engineering Ilava at LEONI since January 2005, managing a department of approximately 70 employees within the Shared Service Hub. Responsibilities include optimization of departments, financial planning, employee evaluations, and adherence to health and safety policies, with notable achievements such as the extension of D&D activities for the VWGroup and the successful ramp-up of the D&D team. Previously held positions include Engineering Manager and Leader of Series Development and Production Engineering, contributing to departmental management, recruitment processes, budget oversight, and international expansion efforts in countries including Slovakia, Serbia, China, and Brazil. Milan holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching of Practical Preparation and has a background in power electronics.
