Rafael Vasquez Valenzuela

Rafael Vasquez Valenzuela is a seasoned manufacturing engineer currently serving as Ingeniero Senior de Manufactura at LEONI since November 2022. Previously, Rafael held the position of Ingeniero de Mejora Continua at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities included continuous improvement analysis and enhancing KPIs through lean manufacturing tools. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Macro Sensors, now part of TE Connectivity, and a supervisory role at Sam's Club from 2017 to 2019. Rafael holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo and completed studies at Universidade Federal do ABC in 2020.
