Avya Daver

Avya Daver is an experienced finance professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as an Associate at Leonis Partners, Avya has advised on significant transactions such as Extract Systems' sale to Vyne Medical. Previous experience includes positions at D.A. Davidson Companies, where advisory work focused on Earnup’s Series C Financing, and at Mizuho, where involvement was in technology, media, and telecom investment banking. Avya also gained valuable experience at Piper Sandler in chemicals M&A, working on Arkema's acquisition of Arrmaz.
