Burak Shapka

Burak Shapka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training consultation, project management, and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Training Consultant at LEORON Institute since December 2022, Burak also holds the title of Project Management Supervisor at Inside group engineering & Power Grass since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Burak managed restaurant operations at Hurrem lounge bar, overseeing staff and financial records, and gained significant sales expertise at Art glass and Hasnur panels, where responsibilities included designing professional kitchens, managing sales of kitchen equipment and glassware, and maintaining financial documentation. Burak began a career in the culinary field as a Kitchen Porter at Haven bistro&bar and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University American College Skopje.
