Gena Raka

Gena Raka is an experienced professional in enterprise learning solutions, currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at LEORON Institute since January 2015. Gena leads the development and execution of strategies to expand market share in corporate learning. Prior roles include Director of Sales and Business Development, and Associate Director of Business Development and Sales, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations of a large team within the dominant Professional Development Institute in the EMEA region and assisting senior leadership in enhancing departmental growth. Gena's expertise also covers strategic consulting on HR transformation and business development, focusing on aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals. Earlier experience includes serving as an International Training Consultant/Project Manager at LEORON Professional Development Institute. Gena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, and Management from University American College Skopje.
