Julia Sulejman

Julia Sulejman, CCMP, Mini MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles. Julia started their career as a Front Desk employee at Comfort Inn in 2011. In 2012, they became a Contracts & Procurement Manager at Vitadent. Later, in 2013, Julia worked as a Hotel Manager at Veni Vidi Vici. In 2015, they joined LEORON Institute as an International Training Consultant. Over the years, they held positions such as Senior Training Consultant, Professional Development Advisor, and Team Leader. Their most recent role at LEORON Institute is as the Head of Business Unit, which they started in August 2022. Julia's work experience showcases their expertise in the training and development field as well as their leadership abilities.

Julia Sulejman graduated with a degree in Economics from Bashkir State University in Russia in 2012, specializing in Accounting, Analysis, and Audit. In 2014, they received training in Accounting in trade companies from Konto Profit DOOEL in Skopje, Macedonia. Julia also holds additional certifications such as an Executive Mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF and the CCMP - Contract & Commercial Management Practitioner certification from IACCM. Julia has also completed courses in Digital Marketing, Agile Foundations, Digital Transformation, and Organizational Learning and Development.
