Martin Sokolovski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Martin started their career in 2011 with an internship at Stopanska banka AD - Skopje. Following this, they worked as an insurance agent at Inbroker AD Skopje and later joined Automotive Happy Skopje as a Business Development Manager.
In 2012, Martin became the Co-Founder of Cetus Led Lighting, a company involved in manufacturing and trading LED lighting. Martin played a significant role in establishing the company and ensuring its success in the industry.
Martin's passion for learning and development led him to join The Improvement Club as a Co-Founder in 2016. During their tenure, they contributed to the growth and development of the organization.
In 2013, Martin joined LEORON Institute as an International Training Consultant, where they provided training solutions for clients. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Senior Training Consultant/Team Leader, Head of Business Unit - Engineering and Project Management, and Head Advisor - Learning and Development Solutions. Currently, Martin holds the position of Associate Director - Sales & Business Development.
Throughout their career, Martin Sokolovski has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in sales, business development, learning and development solutions, and training consultancy.
Martin Sokolovski holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the European University - Republic of Macedonia, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the European University Skopje, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Martin also has additional certifications including Change Management Master from the American National Standards Institute (obtained in 2021), Strategic International Project Manager from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (obtained in 2020), and Brilliant Young Entrepreneurs from Junior Achievement-Young Enterprise (obtained in 2013).
