Simona Jendroska

Simona Jendroska, MSc, CIL, COL has a diverse work experience in instructional design, training planning, program management, and client relationship management. Simona has held various roles at LEORON Institute, including Head of Instructional Design, Lead Instructional Design Specialist, and Senior Instructional Design Training and Planning Specialist. In these roles, Simona demonstrated skills in business writing, stakeholder management, customer-orientation, research, and problem-solving. Simona also worked as a CISI Program Manager for the KSA region, where they excelled in strategic consulting and program management for the banking sector. Prior to LEORON Institute, Simona worked as an Alumni Coordinator at American Councils for International Education and as an intern at the Public Revenue Office.

Simona Jendroska has a Master of Political Science degree from FON University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Economics in Skopje between 2011 and 2015. Simona completed their high school education at Washington High School in Washington, Iowa from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Simona has completed courses on "Creating Your Strategic Marketing Plan" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in 2020. Simona also received a certification in "Creating Your Personal Brand" from LinkedIn in 2018.
