Andy Ankrum

Andy Ankrum has extensive experience in property management and real estate sales, currently serving as a Property Manager and Real Estate Salesperson at Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services since July 2014, overseeing the management of over 300 properties. Additionally, Andy is the Owner of BlueSpark Ventures LLC, operating Mother Tucker’s Car Wash in Zanesville, OH since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Andy worked as a Real Estate Agent specializing in REO properties at HER Realtors from July 2010 to June 2013, where responsibilities included managing property inspections and coordinating sales efforts for various financial institutions. Andy also held the position of Operations Manager at MVP Show Management LLC from January 2008 to June 2010, where event planning and marketing were key focuses.
