Rubens Biselli

Rubens Biselli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries in Brazil and Latin America. Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Leprino Foods since March 2020, Rubens oversees full operations with accountability for P&L, while also participating as a member of the Global Leadership Core and Board of Directors. Previously, Rubens was the General Manager at Bio Huma Netics, Inc., where operations in Brazil were established, launching over 20 sustainable agricultural inputs. Rubens has also held key positions at Philip Morris International and Bolthouse Farms, focusing on agribusiness and food processing. Rubens began a long career at Cargill, progressing through various leadership positions which included implementing significant operational standards. Educational qualifications include Executive MBAs in Marketing and Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemistry.
