Joe Onesto

Joe Onesto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, business analysis, and program management. Currently serving as a Product Development Business Analyst and Tax Line Set Up / Tax Line Audit Supervisor at LERETA, LLC since October 2021, Joe previously held the position of Associate in Escrow Administration at JPMorgan Chase from August 2011 to October 2021, where significant achievements included recognition as a Core Servicing “Wall of Fame” Top Achiever and co-chairing the VETS BRG for the Carry The Load relay. Joe's military career in the Ohio Air National Guard spanned over a decade, culminating as the Flight Superintendent for the 121st Sustainment Services Flight, where Joe garnered honors as the Honor Guard Program Manager of the Year in 2009. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University, an Associate in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Leadership for Veterans at The Ohio State University.
