Sarah Allen has extensive work experience in brand strategy and planning. Sarah currently holds the position of Principal Brand Strategy at LERMA/. Prior to that, they worked at The Richards Group as a Brand Planning Director from October 2015 to June 2021. During their time at The Richards Group, they also served as a Brand Planning professional from July 2012 to September 2015. Sarah started their career at Click Here, Inc. (The Richards Group), where they worked as a Strategist from April 2010 to July 2012. Sarah's earlier experience includes internships at Verizon Telecom as a Product Management Intern in 2009, as well as a Brand Planning Intern at The Richards Group in 2010. Sarah also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they held the role of Administrative Assistant at the Professional Development Center at UT Austin from November 2006 to August 2008. Sarah's earliest work experience includes being an Administrative Associate at Third Age University at UT Austin from August 2002 to November 2006. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated skills in brand strategy, planning, digital and social strategy, as well as administrative duties and database management.
Sarah Allen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Sarah attended the university from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at The University of Texas at Dallas. Sarah completed their MBA program in 2009.
