Clara Grabitz

Clara Grabitz currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Lern-Fair since August 2024, following a role as a Consultant and Associate at Boston Consulting Group from January 2021 to May 2024. Prior experience includes various positions at Sharpist, where Clara held roles such as Senior Specialist in Customer Success & Partnerships, Coach Experience Lead, and General Management Associate between January 2019 and October 2020. Previously, Clara contributed as a Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in two separate roles focused on Neurogenetics of Vocal Communications in 2017 and 2018, as well as at the University of Oxford on a project concerning Communication Impairments in children. Clara Grabitz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience (Research) from Radboud University.
