Sally C. Klauss, MBA, CPTD, PCC, currently serves as the Training Manager for Enterprise Learning and Development at CalPERS since November 2019, where responsibilities include directing training and development strategies and assessing ongoing training needs. Additionally, Sally teaches leadership workshops as a part-time instructor for LERN since September 2009, while previously serving as a Training Officer for the State of California's Victim Compensation Board, where analysis and implementation of training programs for various agencies were key responsibilities. Experience also includes instructing leadership workshops at Sierra College, serving as a Training Analyst II for Placer County, and managing operations in the printing industry as a Manager and Prepress Manager at Quad/Graphics and Vertis Communications. Educational qualifications include an MBA and BAM in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Leadership Coaching.
