Mitesh Mehta is an partner with the firm. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis on various patent related matters in the mechanical, electrical and biomedical arts.
Mr. Mehta’s experience includes drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, as well as conducting patentability and infringement studies. Mr. Mehta’s practice has involved a wide range of technologies, primarily relating to automobile exhaust system components, printer components, radar antenna system components, laboratory and diagnostic equipment, and transducers and semiconductors, carbon nanotubes and composite synthesis and clathrate hydrate powered devices and systems.
While attending Franklin Pierce Law School (now University of New Hampshire School of Law), Mr. Mehta was a judicial extern in the chambers of Honorable Randall R. Rader, now Chief Judge, at United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where he performed legal research and drafted bench memorandums in preparation for oral arguments.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
