Napo Masike

Napo Masike currently serves as a lecturer at Lerotholi Polytechnic since October 2025, following a prior role in slope monitoring as a geotechnical engineer at Letšeng Diamonds from May 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included daily slope and crack monitoring, geotechnical core logging, and groundwater monitoring. Previously, Napo worked as an inspector of works at AECOM from January 2021 to May 2022, overseeing site inspections for earthworks and issuing site instructions. Napo's experience also includes translation and interpretation for the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Turkey from September 2019 to August 2020, facilitating communication in multiple languages. Napo held the position of regional manager at Eximland LTD from January 2018 to January 2020 and served as a geotechnical lab assistant at Selçuk University from June 2017 to September 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Selçuk University and a degree in Water Resources Engineering from Universidad de Oriente in Cuba.
