Inês Cara-Linda

Inês Cara-Linda has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

Inês started their career as a Human Resources Technician at Sonae MC in 2011 and worked there until 2013.

In 2014, Inês joined Kelly as an Account Specialist and later became a Sourcing Team Leader from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, they moved to The HEINEKEN Company as a People Resourcing & Mobility Specialist until the end of 2019. In 2020, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company and held the position until 2023.

In February 2023, Inês joined Indie Campers as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding until July 2023.

Currently, they are the Head of Sourcing & Employer Branding at Leroy Merlin, starting in August 2023.

Inês Cara-Linda completed a post-graduation in People & Talent Management at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universidade do Algarve in 2011. In 2009, they graduated with a Licentiate degree in Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. In terms of certifications, Inês holds a Mentor certification from Pitch Bootcamp and certifications in "Desenhar Percursos de Alto Impacto de Desenvolvimento" from CEGOC - BEYOND KNOWLEDGE* and "CAP- Formação Inicial de Formadores" from IEFP, obtained in 2020 and 2010 respectively.
