John Mocali

John Mocali is an accomplished procurement and finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Indirect Procurement for Leroy Merlin in France since September 2018, John has established and structured the Indirect Procurement function, managing a significant spend of €2 billion. Prior to this role, at ADEO Services from October 2015 to August 2018, John successfully led IT sourcing, achieving notable cost reductions. John began their career at Accenture, where involvement in business transformation projects across multiple countries provided a strong foundation. Additionally, John served as Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Supply Operations at Maxcom Petroli Spa, directing multiple departments and overseeing crucial logistics. John holds a degree in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University.
