Debela Mossissa

Debela Mosissa is an experienced professional in agriculture and community development, currently serving as an Agri Lead at Lersha since June 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating access to agricultural inputs and digital services. Prior experience includes a role as a Short Term Consultant at GFA Consulting Group GmbH, conducting value chain analysis for avocados. Debela also held positions at SOS Children's Villages International and SOS Children's Villages Ethiopia, managing child-focused family and community development programs in Bedelle Town. Earlier experience as a Value Chain Expert at iDE involved linking smallholder farmers to resources to enhance income through high-value crop production. Debela Mosissa holds a Master of Social Work from Addis Ababa University, completed in June 2021.
