Flore Desal

Flore Desal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and social impact. Currently serving as a Business Developper at Les Alchimistes since October 2020, Flore previously worked as a Reporter for "Elderly around the world" at Oldyssey, where insights into aging and entrepreneurship were shared. Flore co-founded TEDxESSECBusinessSchool, promoting impactful ideas within the community from 2016 to 2020. Additional roles include Impact Investing Analyst at KOIS, Business Developper at CALSO, and Program Manager Assistant at MakeSense for Entrepreneurs, aiding social startups in their development. Early career experiences include a stint at Les Restos du Coeur and public relations internship at Danone in Mexico. Flore holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, complemented by a preparatory course in Economics, Philosophy, and Mathematics at Lycée Carnot.
