Harald G. Mootz, CGSP, CHC, is an accomplished Les Clefs d'Or Concierge at The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel, where a discerning international and domestic clientele is served. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality spanning several decades, Mootz has held significant positions at renowned establishments such as The St. Regis New York and Maison Hudson. A long-standing member of the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges, Mootz has served as Past President and engaged actively in various leadership roles. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in German, French, and Communications from Southern Connecticut State University, an Executive Education Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, and earlier studies at Pennsylvania State University.
