Justine Fitoussi

Justine Fitoussi is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, social relations, and labor law advisory. Currently serving as Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Groupe Les Echos-Le Parisien since March 2023, responsibilities include recruitment, integration, trial period monitoring, and advising on HR and labor law matters. Previously, at ARTE from June 2018 to March 2023, Justine managed social relations, participated in collective negotiations, and provided legal advice. Earlier roles at TF1 le Groupe focused on social law as a Juriste, complemented by a strong academic background with Master's degrees in Human Resources and Social Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne. Additionally, Justine has completed English language programs in Boston and Los Angeles.
