Chelsea Leader is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management, project analysis, coordination, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Change Manager at ACC New Zealand since September 2023, Chelsea also teaches yoga and group fitness at Les Mills New Zealand while previously holding roles at Inland Revenue NZ, the Ministry for the Environment, and the New Zealand Red Cross, where Chelsea demonstrated strong capabilities in leading projects, managing teams, and enhancing community fundraising efforts. Chelsea possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Marketing Sciences from IMM Graduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
