Rosie Rissetto-Spiers has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles. Rosie is currently the Head of Marketing and Sales at Les Mills New Zealand since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the APAC Head of Marketing at Virgin Active from 2021 to 2022. Rosie also held the position of Head of Marketing Australia at Virgin Active Australia from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Virgin Active, Rosie worked as the Head of Consumer Marketing at RedBalloon from 2017 to 2018. Rosie also served as Marketing Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from 2013 to 2017. Rosie's earlier experience includes roles at Air New Zealand, where they served as Retail Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager in different regions from 2009 to 2013, and as Marketing Communications Manager for Trade and Corporate from 2007 to 2009. Rosie also held the position of International Retail Advertising Manager at Air New Zealand from 2004 to 2007.
Rosie Rissetto-Spiers completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management from The University of Auckland between 1999 and 2002.
