Samantha McDiarmid is a skilled Senior Consultant focused on Campus Recruitment at EY, overseeing recruitment efforts for diverse students in New Zealand and Australia since October 2022. Concurrently serving as a Committee Member for NZAGE, Samantha collaborates with fellow graduate professionals to enhance the experience for New Zealand graduate employers. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills New Zealand, Samantha teaches RPM and SPRINT classes across multiple locations. Previous roles include Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor at Deloitte and various recruitment positions at Clyde & Co, Marsh & McLennan, and Slaughter and May, showcasing extensive expertise in the recruitment cycle for graduate and early-career talent.
