Sarah Hawk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Discourse since July 2017, Sarah also teaches the CORE program as a Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills New Zealand. Previously, Sarah held significant positions, including Community Strategist at UX Mastery, where success in community building was achieved, and Head of Community at FeverBee Limited, focusing on community UX and technology. Additional roles include contributions to social media crisis management at Polpeo, community management for prominent brands at eModeration, and strategic oversight of a large online community at SitePoint. Sarah began a career in technology as an Application Developer at Fuji Xerox after earning a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington.
