Eric Depoix has a long and varied work experience. Eric began their career in 1990 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., where they held several roles including Senior Manager Clients Nationaux, Directeur du Circuit Hors Foyer, Responsable Clients Nationaux Hors Foyer, Responsable des Opérations Hors Foyer, Responsable des Clients Nationaux Dry Outlets, Responsable Développement, and Manager. In 2013, they became the proprietor of La Pataterie in Seclin (59) and Faches Thumesnil (59), as well as the Gerant of SARL EDIS. In 2016, they became a Consultant Responsable grands comptes at Brasserie Castelain. In 2020, they began working at Upfield as a Key Account Manager Foodservices France, where they negotiated annually with 100% of the Foodservices France wholesalers, animated brands with the wholesalers' Grand Accounts teams and sales forces, and responded to calls for tenders, particularly public markets. In 2022, they began working at HappyVore as a Key Account Manager Distributeurs Foodservice France, where they performed the same duties as at Upfield.

Eric Depoix attended Lycée Alexandre Ribot from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a Baccalaureat série G3 in Economie.
