Purchasing & Industrial Launch Manager at Les Nouveaux Fermiers

Zérine Kaval has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and industries. Zérine currently works at HappyVore as a Purchasing & Industrial Launch Manager, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Purchasing and Quality Manager at HappyVore from July 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining HappyVore, Zérine worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2019 to July 2020.

Zérine also had an internship at StarShea Ltd. in 2015, where they worked on projects such as designing a shea butter production unit, managing warehouse implementation, and conducting studies on the replacement of palm oil with shea butter.

Prior to that, Zérine gained experience as a Financial Auditor at EY from September 2014 to February 2015, where they examined and analyzed accounting and financial records. Zérine also worked as an intern at Crédit Agricole in the Sectorial and Industrial Research Department, where they conducted economic studies on the French food retailing market.

Zérine's earliest work experience was as an intern at Le Jardin du Lavadoux, an organic market gardening company, where they performed tasks such as hoeing, developing an irrigation system, harvesting, and selling products on the local marketplace. Zérine also conducted an economic analysis of the farming system during their internship.

Zérine Kaval attended AgroParisTech from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Food, Biomolecules, and Energy Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Lycée Hoche from 2010 to 2012, completing an L2 degree in Classes préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles, BCPST.
