Hélène Gilquin

Hélène Gilquin currently serves as Directrice des affaires institutionnelles at Petits Frères des Pauvres since February 2024. Prior to this role, Hélène held positions including Cheffe de projets at the Direction générale de l'offre de soins (DGOS), focusing on parliamentary responsibilities and health system decarbonation from October 2022 to March 2024, and Chargée de mission at the Ministère des solidarités et de la santé from March 2019 to October 2022, where Hélène was involved in significant health reforms. Hélène's experience also includes consultancy roles at Havas and OpusLine, project management for the French National Assembly, and intern positions at the French Embassy in Ghana and the General Secretariat of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health. Hélène holds a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and a One-year diploma in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Kent, among other academic credentials.
