Charles Larocque is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in industrial psychology and human resources management. Currently serving as a board member at the Centre communautaire des aînés et aînées de Longueuil and an accompanist at Les Petits Frères, Charles has dedicated over a decade to volunteer roles that support seniors and students in various capacities. Charles's prior experience includes mentoring graduate students in psychology and young entrepreneurs, as well as providing international consulting for organizations in several countries. Charles has held significant positions, such as President of Charles Larocque, Psychologue industriel and Director of Human Resources at Bell Helicopter Textron, along with a military career as a commander in the Canadian Forces. Charles holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Université de Montréal.
