Faranaaz Manuel

Faranaaz Manuel has a diverse work experience in business analysis roles. Faranaaz started their career at Masscash Holdings (Pty) Ltd in 2014 as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Massmart as a Business Analyst and continued in this role until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at JD Group as a Senior Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst Team Lead at Lesaka Technologies Inc. starting from 2022.

Faranaaz Manuel attended the University of the Western Cape from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In 2018, they obtained a Business Analyst Certification from the University of Cape Town. Faranaaz Manuel also holds several additional certifications, including Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in July 2023, and various certifications in scrum, mentorship, AWS solutions architecture, and enterprise architecture obtained from LinkedIn and other institutions between 2018 and 2021.
