Vladimir Tlali is an experienced leader in LGBTQ+ advocacy and public policy, currently serving as the Director of The New York State LGBT Health and Human Services Network at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center since February 2020. Vladimir has successfully led a coalition of over 60 organizations, achieving significant increases in public funding and developing strategies for legislative advocacy. Previous roles include Manager of the same network, where Vladimir focused on improving public funding and health services for LGBTQ+ individuals, and a Gender Analyst for the World Food Programme. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, complemented by studies at Sciences Po.
