Beth Bachrach

Beth Bachrach currently serves as the Director of Global Role Excellence Enablement at ServiceNow, beginning in April 2023. With a focus on developing role-specific enablement strategies to enhance sales organization performance, Beth aligns individual objectives with broader business goals. Prior to this role, Beth spent nearly six years at Salesforce as a Director and Enablement Business Partner, leading enablement strategies for various business units, and has held several leadership positions in sales and marketing at companies such as LinkedIn, CREDO Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA, and AT&T. In addition to these roles, Beth contributes to organizations like Lesbians Who Tech & Allies and WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement. Academically, Beth holds an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BA in Journalism from The University of Georgia, complemented by studies in Italian.
