Team Leader Customer Success at lesBigBoss

Sara Figaro has been working in the event industry since 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Chargée de projet événementiel at SnapEvent, a website for renting unique places for professional events. In this role, they helped property owners generate additional income without investing. In 2019, they moved to LesBigBoss and became the Team Leader Customer Success and Customer success manager. At LesBigBoss, they managed around 40 events per year, combining business and festivities.

Sara Figaro obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Savary de Mauléon in 2012-2015. Sara then pursued a Bachelor in Management du Tourisme from Excelia from 2015-2018, with a specialization in événementielle. In 2017, they completed an Expatriation Académique from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in Gestion et mise en œuvre de projets et d’évènements. Finally, they earned their Master of Science in Communication événementielle & e-réputation from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion in 2018-2020.
