Natsaporn Lueang-On

Natsaporn Lueang-on has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to logistics and supply chain management. Natsaporn started their career in 1997 at Bangkok Eastern Coil Centre (BECC), where they worked as a Sales & Marketing Officer, responsible for inventory control and purchasing. Natsaporn then moved to CEVA Logistics in 2001, where they served as a Senior Central Operations Manager, overseeing four departments. In 2012, they joined Lear Corporation as a Logistics Manager, where they focused on improving operational performance and cost reduction through LEAN practices. In 2014, Natsaporn joined Schneider Electric as the Country Logistics Director, managing the supply chain and logistics department and collaborating with local teams to deliver regional performance. Currently, they work as the Director of Warehouse Operations at LESCHACO - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG, where they are responsible for managing the warehouse business unit, including budget and profit & loss.

Natsaporn Lueang-on completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from RU, from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from GSC, BU, from 2004 to 2007.
