Ulrich Steenken

Ulrich Steenken has a diverse work experience in various finance and management roles. Ulrich currently serves as the CFO at LESCHACO - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Geschäftsführer at Confion Consulting GbR, where they provided interim management and project management services to optimize business processes. From 2016 to 2019, Ulrich worked as the CFO Director Finance at Geodis FF Germany GmbH & Co KG. Ulrich also held positions at GEODIS, serving as the Regional CFO Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) from 2015 to 2016, and as CFO from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, Ulrich Steenken has experience as a CFO at Rohde & Liesenfeld International GmbH & Co, from 2001 to 2008, and as a Finance Manager at PAUL GUNTHER AG in 2000. Ulrich has also worked at Rohde & Liesenfeld International GmbH & Co. as the Leitung Beteiligungscontrolling from 1997 to 2000. Earlier in their career, Ulrich worked as the Regional Controller Latin America at Kuehne + Nagel Inc., New York, from 1995 to 1997, and as the Commercial Controller Region East at trans-o-flex Schnelllieferdienst AG, Weinheim, from 1991 to 1995.

Ulrich Steenken's education history begins in 1988 when they attended the University of Cologne and obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann, with a focus on Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In the same year, they also participated in the Erasmus Program of International Management at Esade, where they studied Business Management for a brief period.

After a significant gap, in 2010, Ulrich Steenken returned to education and enrolled in the Geodis Executive Master program at ESCP Business School. Ulrich completed this program in 2011, further enhancing their knowledge in Business Management.
