Rita Elhelou has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Board Secretary at Lesha Bank since June 2021. Prior to this, Rita held several positions at Vodafone from May 2013 to June 2021, including Head of Legal and Senior Legal Manager. Rita's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Legal Counsel at Jaidah Motors & Trading Co. from September 2010 to April 2013 and as a Legal Consultant at Société Générale de Banque au Liban (SGBL Bank) from 2007 to 2009. Rita is pursuing an Executive MBA at HEC Paris, with an expected completion date in May 2024, and holds a Master's degree in Law from Lebanese University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
