Rubén Rubiales Vázquez

Rubén Rubiales Vázquez has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Lesielle Cosmetics, where they received several awards for innovation and transformation in the beauty industry. Prior to this, Rubén worked as the Marketing and Development Manager for Tamara Flamenco Dance from 2003 to 2016, where they focused on business strategy, branding, e-commerce, web development, and logistics. Rubén also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as the Pharmaceutical Technical Support for GATTEFOSSE in 2014, and in R&D for solid forms at the same company. Additionally, Rubén had an internship in R&D for cosmetics at Innovacion Cosmetica SL in 2013 and worked as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy from 2010 to 2011.
