Pauline November is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting neurodiverse individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as a Graduate Intern in the Threshold Program at Lesley University, Pauline provides counseling and teaches psycho-educational classes. Previous roles include Vocational Instructor at Cotting School and Manager of the Transitions Program at Best Buddies International, focusing on job support for adults with IDD. As a Group Facilitator at Ramapo for Children, Pauline led team-building retreats and supervised programs aimed at developing self-confidence in young individuals with special needs. Educationally, Pauline holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Developmental Psychology from Wheelock College and has completed the necessary credentials for teaching special education in Massachusetts.
