Rachel Marek

Rachel Marek, PE, is a Senior Design Engineer at LERA Consulting Structural Engineers since May 2021, having previously worked as a Project Engineer at McNamara • Salvia from July 2018 to May 2021. Rachel's expertise includes designing and analyzing lateral systems, foundation walls, and structural components using software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Engineer at WSP USA and undergraduate research at Princeton University, where Rachel conducted significant research on strain measurements and presented findings at a conference. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
