Kevin Szymanski

Kevin Szymanski is the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Lesman Instrument Company. Prior to their current role, Kevin held various leadership positions at companies such as Sphera and Strategy&. With a background in supply chain strategy, operating model design, integration management, restructuring impact assessment, and go-to-market strategy, Kevin has a strong foundation in business operations. Their experience includes managing sales & contact center operations, warehouse operations, business development, and marketing. Kevin also has a background in capital project management and emergency management from their time in the United States Air Force. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
