Jesse Yang is a CRM Coach at Less Annoying CRM. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Content Strategist at The Media Captain from April 2015 to April 2016, where they analyzed Google AdWords data and adjusted PPC strategies. Jesse also managed social media presence across online advertising. From February 2015 to May 2015, they worked as an SOSD Marketing Intern at 3M, where they developed and upgraded eCommerce content on over 600 unique SKUs for use on major retailer sites. Jesse also prepared pricing materials for introduction of new SOSD products into the Australian market and consolidated and organized sales data for Consumer Business Group 3M brands. From May 2014 to August 2014, they interned at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri as a Public Policy Intern, where they met with state senators to discuss legislative bills and advocate for local constituents. Jesse also raised voter awareness among St. Louisans through organizing 11 community volunteer nights and informed patients on Medicaid eligibility and assisted eligible patients in initiating the enrollment process.
Jesse Yang graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jesse's field of study was marketing, with a focus on women, gender, and sexuality studies.
