Ahmed El-Walid

Ahmed El-Walid possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as an Onboarding CRM Coach at Progressive Insurance since November 2017, after holding various positions including Senior Resolution Specialist and Customer Service Representative. In addition to a career in insurance, Ahmed co-founded The Concept of Us, a podcast and online community, in December 2020. Previous experience includes roles at Sprint, such as Assistant Store Manager and Lead Technical Consultant, spanning from January 2012 to July 2017, and as a Sales Consultant at Sprint by Wireless View from May 2010 to December 2011. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from William Woods University and an Associate of Arts in the same field from Moberly Area Community College.
