Corey Benson

General Manager Production/Operations at LesserEvil

Corey Benson has a wealth of experience in the food service industry. Corey began their career in 1993 as a General Manager at Swedish Bakery. In 2002, they moved to Yorktown Baking Company as a Plant Operations Manager. From 2003 to 2006, they were an Adjunct Professor of Food Service Administration at Westchester Community College, while also serving as a Koordinator and General Manager at Eurest. In 2008, they became a CML Manager and District Manager at TGBFAC dba Dunkin Donuts, where they were responsible for all manufacturing operations of 24/7 CML, as well as all daily responsibility for 3 large retail outlets. In 2010, they moved to Artuso Pastry Foods Corp as a Plant/Operations Manager. In 2013, they became President at Food Safe 360. Most recently, they have been a General Manager Production/Operations at LesserEvil Healthy Brands since 2014.

Corey Benson attended New England Culinary Institute from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Corey also obtained a Diploma from Poudre High School.
