Marcus Bala

Marcus Bala has over 19 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Marcus began their career in 2002 as a Dry End Finishing Coordinator for Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions. In 2006, they joined PepsiCo as a Site Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the operational aspect of Frito-Lay's Stacy's manufacturing operation. In this role, they managed an operating budget in excess of $10MM while delivering on site performance indicators. Marcus was then promoted to Senior Supply Chain Manager, where they managed 240+ cross-functional employees across the manufacturing operation. In 2017, Marcus joined BFY Brands as Director of Operations and Plant Manager. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Operations for LesserEvil Healthy Brands.

Marcus Bala received an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Massasoit Community College in 2017.
